About Us
Sea Our Point has been owned by Donald and Erica Wright of Midlothian, Virginia for many years. They rented their home through a local realty company for a few seasons, but eventually decided to just keep it for their own enjoyment. Sea Our Point was quietly visited by family members for years. The Wright's friends, Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, were also early visitors to Sea Our Point, and eventually moved to Emerald Isle. In 2020, Don renovated the house with the anticipation of eventually opening his home to other families during the summer season.
Sea Our Point is now a shiny new diamond, and being managed by Ken and Helen, who have experience with vacation rental properties here in Emerald Isle,
